The belly ring with the pink diamonds with the N on it, that a man was selling on Ebay has been confirmed to be NiNi's actual belly ring. Sources say the ring fell off of her during one of her shows, and the man picked it up and tried to sell it. Being that he had no permission from NiNi to sell it, his Ebay listing was shut down and his computer was tracked to a location in New York, and police arrested the man for false advertising as he falsely claimed that he had NiNi's permission and she gave it to him, and for "Fraud" as the ring was reported lost and he was trying to sell it for money. The man, sources say is being held without bail, and with or without NiNi pressing charges on him, they say they still have enough to charge him. In other news speaking of being arrested for fraud, Cymphonqiue has been picked up today at a show by police. She was in downtown Atlanta where she was performing on her "Unique" world tour and cops busted in and shut it down and literally pulled her off the stage and put her in cuffs.. Sources say that she is In trouble for passing bad checks. Sources say that she wrote 16 checks over the last month paying for things and all of the checks bounced. Cymphonqiue claims that she didn't commit fraud and that it was money in her account, but still she is being held on 25,000 dollar bail and If she is found guilty she can face up to 4-7 years in jail.
