Nini has agreed to settle out of court for the lawsuit concerning Hershey's new candy bar. Word is that she has settled for an amount of 150 thousand dollars which is very generous of NINI being that most celebs want at least 65-100 million dollars for a situation like this, so its obvious that Nini's kind heart persuaded her to go easy on them. The company has made this statement:>"We have settled this unfortunate situation with Nini mutually and we do appreciate her taking the time from her busy schedule to come down and visit us to get this settled. She is a very kind hearted person and respectful and we respect that about her, she was not rude or mean and the settlement went very smooth. We apologize once again for this situation and hopefully one day we can actually strike a deal with her to name one of our products after her, in which we will gladly share any assets that is due to her" In other news Nini's show is tonight at 8pm in Long Island NY and we have tickets!
