Nini Gets Mad Props From Victoria Justice + New Candy Bar Drama

This morning, singing Teen sensation and "Vitctorious" star Victoria Justice sat down with Perry Magazine for an interview and gave some sweet props to Nini. She was talking about her new album and talking about her show "Victorious" which is number 1 on Nickelodeon beating out iCarly, and she was asked who she looks up too in which she replied "Its many artists out there who are super talented and I have respect for all of the women who came before me and continue to be my inspiration, but my main inspiration right now is Nini, she taught me to do what you have to do despite any drama or haters and thats what I love about her, her strength is the greatest inspiration of all". She was asked if she would like to work with Nini in which she replied "Of course that's one dream of mines, I think it would be an awesome song dont you (laughs)" She was asked if she would like to be with Platinum Sound Records in which she replied "Yes, that's a question I have no hesitation in answering (laughs) I remember at saw her at the 2011 Kids Choice Awards and it was such an honor to meet her and I slipped her my CD and asked her to please check it out and consider me for possible signing to her label and she told me she will let me know, I haven't heard back from her yet but its ok I know how busy she is, the good thing is she has my number (laughs)" What do you guys think? In other news, Hersey, the company that makes millions of candy bars worldwide is being sued for naming a new candy bar after Nini's label and her industry letter name without her permisson. The new candy bar hit stores yesterday and has the name "Platinum N Bars" which is obvious that its a combo between her label and her name. The candy has sold over 15,000 units so far at 1.00 a piece which means the company has almost doubled in profit, but they have not shared any of that with Nini. Here's what she had to say> "Listen I dont mind if someone wants to name a candy bar or a drink or even food after me but at the same time if you're going to do that without my permission thats when it becomes a problem, its simple if you use someone's name for something and they get rich off it its only right that you share the earnings you make, because they are making money off of my name and im not seeing anything nor did they have the decency to even ask me can they do it and thats why im upset about it" But the company has stated that they are trying to settle out of court as that is not what the company needs right now, we still havent heard from Nini yet on if she will agree to settle this out of court or not, but the district manager of Hershey had made this statement> " We were not trying to steal anything, we have made plenty of candy bars even drinks that had celebrities names and not once did we do anything behind anyone's back and Nini would have been no exception, but we did not name the candy after her, I admit its a horrible coincidence because this candy has been in the making process since 2007, Nini was not here in 2007 so we do realize the similarities, but once again its all a misunderstanding and a coincidence, and we would like to apologize to Nini for any trouble this may have caused her" Check back later to see if Nini agrees to settle out of court or not~!
