Nini To Settle Out Of Court

The game developer has published a statement saying "Our company and "Nini" have agreed to a out of court settlement to resolve this issue, this was a mutual agreement and in no way was she forced into her decision. Although we are sorry we had to have it come to this as we do respect her as an equal individual and as a musician, but we have to look out for the interest of the company as well. She is a very polite person and we do sincerely appreciate her prompt attention in this important matter and we hope to do business with her in the future without the complications that we have experienced this time around". Nini has confirmed via a tweet on her Twitter page that "THE SHOWS ARE BACK ON!" She confirmed that the people who have their tickets can keep them as the shows are back on as regularly scheduled and she will be in East Orange, NJ Monday the 14th. As far as the IRS rumors we have had it confirmed by Nini's management team that those rumors are false indicated and its simply a "misunderstanding by the media" The media is always getting things screwed up, but we are very happy that Nini is out of trouble and back to the stage where she belongs but anyone who can shell out 500 million dollars just like that to settle a lawsuit must be PAID! No wonder she was voted the "Richest Highest Paid Female Artist" of the year CONGRATS!!!!!
