Nini Lets Cameras Into Her "Media" Life Plus Info On Jada AND Alexandria

Nini has allowed camera's for the first time to follow her busy routine when she's at work and has called it the "Nini Experience" It aired last week on Vh1 and Bet and Its sort of similar to Beyonce's 4 Documentary in ways, being that it follows her activities and performances. It shows how she warms up for shows and it shows her brutal workout routines and it also shows the FIERCE side of her when shes not in the mood for team members arguing or dancers slacking off when there is work to be done. "I'm not down with all this arguing we got 15 shows to do and so much choreography to go through and I hate when you guys argue because it throws me off because I have to settle it and I don't have time so get your act together I'm really not playing with y'all no more" is what she said on the documentary when her dancers and choreography designers were arguing and causing the routine to be delayed and she was FIERCE lol. She does interviews throughout the show and talks about a little bit of everything from being a mom a wife and how she prepares for shows as well as her album due in November, and she smiled every time she mentioned her husband and kids which was actually very cute to see. We see the inside of her label and we see her take a track she finished to the board which is a bunch of guys in suits at a round table that decides which songs will be added to the album and she had all of them nodding their heads to it and gave the approval for the song. We finally get to see how she looks inside of her studio in Manhattan, NY and how she has a no nonsense attitude when it comes to work. She showed us how she looks when she is in the booth singing songs and how she is in total control of how she wants her stuff to sound saying things like " No I want that higher its too low" or "Turn my mic up I wanna hear myself" and we see all the folks who be in the studio with her when shes performing such as management teams vocal helpers and staff from her label. All in all she seems to be respected from the people she works with although most seemed annoyed with her at times from her no nonsense attitude but she said "I don't have time for games, if no one is working but they are sitting around arguing how is any work going to get done If i don't sleep you don't sleep its no time to sleep" and most people understand where shes coming from. So we finally got to see a rare glimpse into her life and most fans are very happy to see their favorite artist like they have never seen her before: Up close and personal. The show airs this Thursday on VH1 at 8pm and again next Tuesday at 6pm so if you haven't seen it yet watch it its something that fans of Nini who want to see the inside of her life would enjoy as she shows everything that hasn't been seen in 4 years its pretty good and she is an awesome boss! In other news last night I reported that Jada Fire and Alexandria has been dropped from PSR. Here's more info: Nini and Tina Knowles have posted statements about their release with Nini saying "I'm sorry to report that we had to release Jada and Alexandria due to "Lack of Agreement " once again all that means is that they did not sell good and are making them lose money so they cant take the risk anymore. And Tina Knowles has made a similar statement as well. Nini also says "We always hate to lose a team member because they work so hard, but at the same time we have to do what's best for the label, but all of you guys who are saying they are pissed and will retaliate against us is completely false they both left on an understanding "MUTUAL" level and they understand why they are being released because it says why in their contract so cut it out guys" Jada and Alexandria have both posted statements on their sites Jada says "I was dropped guys (sad) but its OK.... Nini and the team have worked with me and I did my best not everything can be awesome, but that doesn't mean I wont be trying hard to get back into the game but for now I'm just plain old Jada once again but not for long lol still love nini and PSR regardless and it was honor to work with them and have nini as my boss good luck you guys!" and Alexandria has posted "What a drag it is to be dropped! but I know it isn't Nini's fault she treats all of her artists equally and I know she only did it because she really had too not because she really wanted too so she's still my girl and I love PSR even though its not me anymore but hopefully I can secure another deal so wish me luck guys!" Nini has confirmed that no other artists are on the verge of being released because in her words "everyone is on a very good stats level" and Cymphonique Miller is increasing her fan base which will make her sell more records.
