Today is the 11th year anniversary that the Twin Towers in New York was struck by airplanes from terrorists attacking the country. Over 2,200 people lost their lives on that day and Nini has dedicated a page on her site to them, that has pictures of all of the victims who died including firefighters, police officers, workers of the buildings and the heroes. She has a caption that reads: "What a sad day September 11th 2001 was, this world was overpowered by terrorists and many people lost their lives, but although they succeeded to destroy a large part of our nation, they were not successful in bringing our country down as we are now a nation that is so much stronger than we were back in 2001. May the victims of 9/11 rest in peace, we will never forget your courage and your painful ordeal God Bless America" Nini has a brief description of what happened on that fateful day along with pictures of the towers burning, collapsing to the ground and of the planes flying into the building, and many family members of the victims thanked her for showing her respect and mentioning their names on her site as she is pretty much the only one who recognized what today is. Thanks to the queen for showing her support and we would like to say R.I.P to all of the 9/11 victims. In other news, Nini was on the K.Fox morning show this morning and they covered a wide range of topics, from her new projects to her artists and of course her label, and answered questions from fans who called up.
